The team organised a fantastic ‘Health and Well-being Day’ and got everyone involved in tasting some tempting but healthy refreshments, as well as some physio activities.

Men focus on making memories and sharing old ones at Alston House

Residents at Alston House were just as keen as sharing their memories as well as making new ones when they met for their latest Gentlemen’s Club session. The group spent an afternoon in the Alston House luxurious cinema watching Steven Spielberg’s Band of Brothers based on the story of World War II. It details the experiences of the real-life Easy Company, soldiers who fought on the frontlines during the war.
