CALL RECORDING

We may record telephone calls you make to us and may record calls initiated by us. We process these calls for the legitimate interest of:

  • Training Purposes.
  • Proof of information and advice supplied to and from you.
  • Prevent, detect, investigate and prosecute fraud.

We may apply speech transcription to telephone calls you make to us. The transcriptions are supplied via a 3rd party and recorded in our own analytics tracking system. This usage data may be processed for the purposes of analysing the use of the website and services.
