Kerry Hill

Registered Care Home Manager

Kerry Hill has a BSc (Hons) in Nursing Studies - Mental Health and over 25 years of experience, starting her career as Care Assistant. With prior roles in care operators across the UK, Kerry has successfully improved the quality and standards of a range of care homes. She has experience in mental health, dementia care, and younger adults' complex care. Based locally to Cofton Park Manor, outside of work Kerry relaxes by watching horror films.

Wendy Sibley

Regional Community Relations Lead

Wendy Sibley has dedicated over 20 years of her career to the care sector, and it is her appreciation for the Homemaker Model at Hamberley Care Homes that led her to the role of Community Relations Lead for Cofton Park Manor.

Wendy finds immense fulfilment in her work, particularly in knowing that the residents receive the highest standard of care and support they truly deserve. Her commitment to her role and the wellbeing of the residents is very much appreciated by the residents, families and team members at Cofton Park Manor.
