Registered Care Home Manager
Magda is a Registered Nurse with a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care. She's dedicated to helping others and approaches her work with a positive and calm attitude. With 18 years of nursing experience, she's spent 12 of those years managing care homes. Magda has worked at Hallmark Care for 8 years in various roles before moving to Hamberley, and achieved an Outstanding CQC rating as Home Manager in her previous role. Outside of her professional life, Magda enjoys keeping active with Zumba.

Customer Relations Manager
Rachel Pillay is the Customer Relations Manager at Alston House in Eastleigh. With qualifications in Sales & Marketing, NVQ3 in Management and Teacher of Dance, Aerobics and Dance Therapy, she has worked in the care sector since 2015. Her career history includes roles at Anchor, Bluebird Care, and Signature. Rachel began her career at The Solent Hotel and Spa, working her way up from bar tender to become Reservations and Revenue Manager.
A former dancer, singer, and actress, Rachel trained at Performers Dance College. Rachel is passionate about travel and has travelled extensively - the highlight being backpacking across seven countries in six months - with her 4 year old son!
