The bistro is open to our residents and their loved ones, as well as the local community.

Within our beautiful home in Hailsham, you'll also spot our wellbeing and beauty salon, created to give residents a luxurious space to relax whilst treating themselves to a pamper session or hairdressing.

In our private fully stocked bar, residents can come in to indulge with their friends or family, enjoy a nightcap or celebrate a special occasion.

Designed for comfort and luxury

You'll also find our in-house deluxe cinema, where residents can immerse themselves in the stories being told through the big screen. Residents can sit back and enjoy films of their choice with popcorn in hand.

Relax in the comfortable environment of our spacious lounges. The double height windows allow an exceptional amount of natural light into the rooms - the perfect place to sit back and get lost in a book.

Upstairs, in the Treetops Lounge, residents enjoy visiting entertainers, wellbeing sessions and more with beautiful views over the Cuckoo Trail. Treetops is also a wonderful location for family celebrations, where residents can enjoy private dining and play host at a dinner party.

We have an abundance of breakaway areas, including a quiet lounge on each floor. Outside, the beautifully landscaped gardens are a sanctuary to enjoy the peaceful surroundings or socialise at barbeques and parties in the courtyard patio.

At the end of a busy day, there's nothing like falling into your own warm and comfy bed. Abbots Wood Manor's generously sized bedrooms are all complete with the best en-suite facilities and walk-in showers.

Our fully furnished, interior designed bedrooms are tastefully decorated with a luxury finish, and can also be personalised with the resident's own furniture and belongings, making it truly feel like home.

My sister and I viewed many care homes before choosing Abbots Wood for our father. We knew upon entering the home and after our first meeting with the manager and regional relations manager that this was a special place. My father settled quickly and has been very happy living there. All the staff are wonderful, nothing is too much trouble.

The food is delicious, plenty of activities going on and daily walks in the gardens if the resident so wishes. The accommodation is light and airy and has a lovely feel. The Homemakers have made it a very special place for my father. Now his health is declining we have been met with care and compassion and he is still happy. This is a very special home, one of a kind.

It is a pleasure to visit Abbotts Wood. He is clearly very well looked after and is happy. The staff are always so kind and welcoming. The place is so clean and immaculate. The cafe/buffet bar in reception is mouth-watering and a great idea, the facilities are outstanding.
