Diana is the Home Manager at Thames Wood House and a Registered General Nurse with more than a decade of experience within the healthcare sector.
Throughout her career, Diana has developed extensive experience in delivering high-quality, person-centred care. Warm, caring and dedicated, she is passionate about ensuring every resident is treated with dignity, respect and kindness, and feels safe, valued and truly at home.
Diana is delighted to be leading the team at Thames Wood House and looks forward to welcoming residents and their families to the new home.

Customer Relations Manager
Sue is the Customer Relations Manager at Thames Wood House Care Home and has worked in the care sector for seven years.
She is often the first person families speak to when they contact the home. Sue understands how emotional it can feel to start looking for care, and her role is to listen, offer reassurance and help families feel more confident about the next steps.
With a warm and empathetic approach, Sue takes time to understand each person’s situation, answer questions clearly and support families as they explore whether Thames Wood House is the right home for their loved one.
