Registered Care Home Manager
Natalie is a registered adult nurse, with over a decade of experience within the nursing home sector. She earned her 2.1 degree with Honours in Adult Nursing from the University of the West of England. With a track record of improving care homes, throughout her career, Natalie worked with both large and small care providers before joining the Hamberley Care Homes team. Based in the Southwest, she balances her professional life by spending her time stewarding at Glastonbury festivals, reading new books, and enjoying life with her four children and silly dog.

As Home Ambassador for Meryton Place, Sarah brings a wealth of experience from a diverse career built around enhancing customer experiences in creative and people-focused industries. With a deep understanding of the emotional journey involved in choosing care, Sarah supports families with genuine compassion, empathy, and clarity—from the very first enquiry to the moment a new resident becomes part of the Meryton Place family. Sarah takes pride in making each transition as smooth and reassuring as possible, knowing how important it is for both residents and their loved ones to feel confident and at ease. She thrives in Meryton’s warm, welcoming environment and finds great joy in seeing new residents settle happily into their new home.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys gardening, painting, and spending quality time with family and friends.
