Angelika Ziomek

Registered Care Home Manager

Angelika is an accomplished manager with 17-year career in sales, customer service, leadership and service enhancement within hospitality, retail, and healthcare sectors. As a registered nurse, she remains committed in leading her team to advance clinically, to innovate and to provide high quality person-centred care for our residents and peace of mind for their families.

Angelika lives in the Cotswolds and enjoys being active, in particular running, as well as traveling, and discovering new cultures.

Ray Woodill

Customer Relations Manager

With over 15 years working in the elderly care sector, Customer Relations Manager Ray Woodill finds a deep satisfaction in supporting families and individuals to find the right care and support. A Kiwi who moved to the UK in 2007, Ray 'forgot to go home' and now enjoys life and work in the UK. Outside of work, Ray is a keen sports lover and enjoys gardening and regular travel to visit his daughter in Australia and family members across the UK and Europe.

"I have worked in my role for 15 years, helping families who are looking for residential care for loved ones, from first point of enquiry through to move-in, being there every step of the way, through what is often a very difficult and emotional time. I deeply care about the quality of life for those in their later years and It is hugely rewarding being able to support families and apply the experience I’ve gained in working with literally thousands of families in this role.

I am delighted to be working at Chawley Grove. We have the most wonderful compassionate team, focused on providing relationship-centred care that is tailored to the unique needs of each of our wonderful residents."

Clinical Lead

Ana Martinez Gonzalez

Clinical Lead

Ana is Chawley Grove’s dedicated Clinical Lead. Qualifying in Spain with a Degree in Nursing before gaining a Level 5 NVQ in Health & Social Care Management, Ana has thrived in Health & Social Care since 2014, working in care roles in Germany and in Oxford. Ana's expertise spans complex health needs, notably dementia care and care home management. Outside of work, Ana is a qualified Personal Trainer and enjoys keeping fit.
