Earlier this year, Cofton Park Manor Care Home in Cofton Hackett marked an important milestone as the home celebrated its third anniversary.
Since opening, the home has grown into a warm and welcoming community where residents, families and team members share everyday moments, experiences and support together. Over the past three years, the focus has remained on helping residents feel comfortable, valued and truly at home, with care shaped around individual routines, preferences and wellbeing.
To mark the occasion, residents and team members came together to celebrate the journey so far, reflecting on friendships built, memories created and the strong sense of community that continues to develop within the home.
A short anniversary video was also shared, offering a glimpse into daily life at Cofton Park Manor, introducing residents and team members, and highlighting what makes the home such a special place to live and work.
As the home moves into its next chapter, the team looks forward to continuing to provide high-quality residential, dementia, nursing and respite care for the Cofton Hackett and wider Birmingham community.
