What a wonderful morning at Elstow Manor Care Home as we joined in the World Book Day celebrations with the lovely students from Wilstead Primary School!
The children brought their favourite stories to life, sharing their current reading adventures with residents and staff. It was an absolute joy to see their enthusiasm for books and storytelling, sparking smiles and curiosity across the home.
As a little thank you for their visit, we treated the students to cosy hot chocolate and delicious snacks, cookies, croissants and fresh fruit! There’s something truly special about combining a good book with a warm drink to create memorable moments together.
