A group of residents from Hindhead Place Care Home recently enjoyed a delightful morning at Lindford Methodist Church, joining the church’s friendly and welcoming “Knitting and Natter” group.
The visit provided a wonderful opportunity for residents to spend a peaceful and sociable time with members of the local community. Together, they worked on a meaningful project, knitting poppies in preparation for Remembrance Day in November. The atmosphere was filled with warmth and conversation, as stories were shared and friendships continued to grow over the gentle rhythm of knitting.
The group at Lindford Methodist Church offered a kind and generous welcome, creating a truly inclusive and supportive environment for everyone involved. The care and hospitality shown throughout the morning were greatly appreciated.
