Across Hamberley Care Homes, residents and team members came together on Remembrance Sunday 2025 to honour those who gave their lives in service to our country.
From creating poppy displays and sharing personal wartime memories to watching national remembrance services together, each home was filled with quiet reflection, gratitude, and pride.
These moments of remembrance are not only a time to look back, but a chance to reflect on the values of courage, resilience, and unity that continue to inspire us all.
