Montague House Care Home in Huntingdonshire opened its doors for a day of Easter fun.
Around 100 people joined the community event at Montague House Care Home in Brampton, rounding off a week of activities at the home.
Montague House resident Brian Lanham said: "It was amazing to see such a good turnout and there was so much going on.
"We had already had some lovely families here for our Easter egg decorating sessions and then to see so many people come along for our big day was wonderful."
The home, which earlier in the week had hosted local families for Easter egg decorating, hailed the day a huge success as children enjoyed a giant egg hunt and bonnet parade.
A petting zoo also set up on the day, delighting the crowds, especially when people got a chance to meet pygmy goats, the Kunekune pot-bellied pigs, bantam hens, rabbits, and sheep.
Montague House wellbeing lead Rosemarie Parks said: "Everyone fell in love with the animals, and they could not have been better behaved.
"We are so lucky to have such a lovely community here in Brampton.
"It’s always a pleasure to invite people to enjoy our wonderful home and we cannot wait to do it all again."
The Easter bunny made an appearance and was even able to visit some residents in their rooms.
Simon Harris of Sunset Magic also thrilled the crowds with his various songs from the Beatles to ABBA and Night Fever.
Montague House resident Marion Lomas said: "I really enjoyed Simon's visit, and he certainly ‘geed' me up for Easter."
Other entertainment on the day included a cupcake decorating station, a hot cross bun sampling booth, and popular Mr Taco, a Mexican food vendor.
