Customer Relations Manager
Laura Morgan is the Customer Relations Manager at Upton Manor. Laura is here to support families from their first enquiry through to moving into the home. She has worked in care for nine years, bringing valuable experience and a deep understanding of the sector to her role.
With a warm and approachable manner, Laura ensures every family feels informed, supported and confident in their decision. Building strong relationships and creating a welcoming first impression are at the heart of everything she does.
Outside of work, Laura runs a British Legion Band, where she also plays the saxophone, a role that reflects her strong sense of community and teamwork.
