Customer Relations Manager

Roy Booth

Customer Relations Manager

Roy joined the care sector in 2017, bringing with him both professional experience and a deeply personal understanding of the importance of compassionate care. Before moving into residential care, Roy worked within the National Health Service in primary care, where he developed a strong foundation in patient support and healthcare services.

Roy’s journey into the care sector was inspired by his own family experience. After supporting his mother while she lived with Dementia, he felt a strong calling to help improve the lives of others facing similar challenges. This experience continues to shape his warm, empathetic and person-centred approach when supporting residents and their families.

Throughout his career, Roy has worked with several respected luxury care providers, gaining valuable experience in delivering high-quality care and building meaningful relationships with residents and their loved ones.

Outside of work, Roy is a keen sports enthusiast who enjoys staying active. He also loves spending time outdoors, especially walking with his bull terrier, Hector.

“It’s a privilege to assist individuals and their families throughout their care home journey, and doing so at Dorking Manor makes it even more meaningful. My aim is to offer support and reassurance from the initial enquiry all the way through to a warm and seamless welcome as they join our welcoming community.”
