I cannot speak highly enough of the quality of care my mother received in the four weeks of respite she spent in Lovell Place. This was an emergency placement, following her premature discharge from hospital, and the response from every member of staff was nothing short of outstanding, from the comprehensive assessment by the medical staff of her care needs, which was organised on the very same day we contacted them, to the reception she received the next day from all the carers and managers when she was admitted.
