Sonia Kasese is the Home Manager at Chawley Grove, bringing over 23 years’ experience across health and social care. She combines strong clinical expertise with extensive leadership experience in luxury care settings, including staff development, service delivery and quality assurance.
Sonia has a proven track record of working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to maintain high standards of care and achieve positive outcomes for residents. As a Registered Manager, she takes a hands-on approach to leadership, with a clear focus on safety, dignity and resident-centred care, alongside the ambition to achieve and sustain an Outstanding regulatory rating.

Passionate about helping families through one of life’s most important decisions, Sonja ensures each person who visits Chawley Grove feels supported, listened to, and confident in their choices. She takes great joy in getting to know residents and their loved ones, learning their stories, and helping them feel at home from the very first visit.
Outside of work, Sonja enjoys travel, walking in nature, and wildlife photography, moments of calm that reflect her thoughtful and compassionate approach to life.
