Registered Care Home Manager
Daniela Danciulescu is a Registered General Nurse and Home Manager at Brookwater House. After qualifying as a nurse in Romania, Daniela worked as in a range of clinical areas, including in emergency medicine and intensive care.
A highly experienced registered manager, before joining the Hamberley Care Homes team in 2022, Daniela led care teams at Barchester Healthcare, Four Seasons Care and in the NHS. In her career, Daniela has opened two new care homes an supported three others to reach Good and Outstanding CQC ratings.
Based in London, outside of work Daniela enjoys flying in vintage aeroplanes, particularly the Tiger Moth and relaxing at home with her cat Ivan.
Customer Relations Manager
Lesley Loizou is the Customer Relations Manager for Brookwater House. With a diploma in Nutritional Studies and 15 years in health and social care, she’s honed her expertise in launching luxury care homes. Each home and its residents hold a special place in her heart, and she is excited to grow the Brookwater House community. Before her care home journey, Lesley worked in the technology sector for brands including Canon and Panasonic. Based in Surrey, she's recognised by residents for her standout shoe choices!
